Käse und Wein - Was passt?

In the organizer's words:

Red wine with cheese, we all know that. In this seminar, we would like to delve much deeper into the world of taste and enjoyment of cheese with wine. We will start with a few basics about cheese, how it is made and the huge variety of cheeses, especially from France. Together we will then taste numerous combinations of special cheeses (some of them raw milk) with first-class wines. You will find out which influences you should pay attention to and agree with the other participants which combinations of cheese and wine harmonize best. An entertaining, delicious and exciting evening. We promise a few surprises!
