Unusual times call for unusual timings:
Kara Delik are three friends who have come together in search of common ground amidst their diverse backgrounds - the result is driving yet complex rhythms, gritty basslines and echoes of Turkish folk music.
Inspired by Anatolian rock music of the 70s, German kraut and punk music of the 80s and their diverse experiences in Berlin's vibrant off-culture, each takes the cake for vocals in the band that mixes everything from washed out vocals, spoken word to elements of nagme, making Kara Delik more than the mere sum of its parts.
