Jeshi, real name Jesse Greenway, is one of the most exciting voices in British rap and inspires with his honest music and strong messages. The Nigerian-British artist combines thought-provoking themes with gripping beats and provides deep insight into both personal and social challenges. His sound can be described as emotional, political and complex hip-hop that incorporates elements of trip-hop, soul and R&B. In February 2025, Jeshi will be coming to Germany for three headline shows as part of his AIRBAG WOKE ME UP tour: an unmissable highlight for all fans of authentic hip-hop.

Jeshi's breakthrough came with his debut LP "Universal Credit" (2022), which is now regarded as a modern classic of British hip-hop. Still celebrated for its powerful lyrics and socio-critical themes, the album addresses financial hardship and social injustice. Created during the pandemic, Jeshi deals with his own experiences and social tensions and impressively shows how close success and failure are.

Jeshi is now about to release a new album. The upcoming stops in Hamburg, Berlin and Cologne therefore not only offer the rare opportunity to catch him live on stage, but also to experience the new, gripping tracks such as "HURRICANE" and "DISCONNECT!" for the first time.
