JE T'AIME: Some live for these few letters, some go crazy, but above all, many die.

Live until you go crazy, live until you die - that is the credo of the cold-wave trio that emerged from the sultry basements of Parisian nightlife in 2018. While the classic post-punk and new wave influences are obviously present, the lashing rain that falls on these three antiheroes is tinged with the flashing colors of neon lights and their artificial warmth. JE T'AIME churns your guts as much as your ass, blowing the codes with a jubilant, touching growl.

After a self-titled debut album released in 2019 on Manic Depression and Icy Cold Records, the band worked on the diptych PASSIVE/AGGRESSIVE in 2022, choosing Valentine's Day and All Souls' Day for the release of both parts. In the few years of its existence, JE T'AIME has rocked audiences at festivals across Europe. If you have to learn a few French words now, it might as well be "JE T'AIME".

In 2024, JE T'AIME is six years old. Her new album, Useless Boy, is an expressionist cry, a sad party where the melancholic thrill is always hidden behind illusory comforts. More than ever, it is an escape into the future, a rejection of the dreary conventions of the real world. JE T'AIME encloses himself in his own intimate universe to escape the confrontation with boring, tawdry normality. Worries are sublimated by the all-consuming energy of a trio.
