In the organizer's words:
In this jazz trio, Max Arsava, Ernst Bier and Johannes Fink play repertoire in the tradition of the 50s and 60s as well as pieces written by themselves. US-American composers such as Herbie Nichols, Thelonious Monk or Dick Twardzik are just as much the inspiration as the swinging capital jazz of the turn of the millennium.
