jazzopen 2025: Willow Parlo

In the organizer's words:

WILLOW PARLO, a dream-pop band from Hamburg, inspired audiences with their debut EP in 2022, creating an atmospheric sound between Californian lightness and Scandinavian melancholy. With their second EP See U Whenever and the single Can't Get Enough , the band further developed their sound, which focuses on the feeling of the twenties and ambivalent relationships. They have successfully established themselves in the indie scene, with appearances at festivals and a growing fan base. Their music is reminiscent of bands like Boygenius and The Japanese House.
