JACK CURLEY comes from Stalybridge, a suburb of Manchester. His great passion is music, and since childhood it has been his dream to perform his own songs in front of thousands of people - he has worked towards this continuously and steadily and has dedicated himself entirely to being a musician. With his polite, likeable and down-to-earth manner, Jack is reminiscent of novel heroes of the "good old times". And like a book character, he pops up as a silent protagonist on all corners of Manchester, immersing himself in this lively stream of the pop-culturally vibrant city in the English north. He works nights in a bar, gets tattoos, plays longing street music and explores Ibiza during a few wild summers - just as an English Kerouac would do with a Happy Mondays biography under his arm.
