Interkulturelles Konzert für eine weltoffene Gesellschaft im Rahmen der 40. Eine-Welt-Tage

The non-profit organization Flüchtlinge willkommen in Düsseldorf e.V. cordially invites you to an intercultural concert for an open-minded society. The aim of the concert is to bring together people from different cultural backgrounds in Düsseldorf and to look beyond national borders.

Artists with roots from different parts of the world will create an evening full of musical diversity. Singer-songwriter Cânân, who has Turkish roots, will delight audiences with creative bilingual indie pop songs using only her loop station and guitar. The singer-songwriter Amalya Davis with Lebanese roots creates a unique atmosphere as the soloist of a gospel choir with a mixture of RnB, EDM and rock. Iranian rapper EviN joins forces with Cameroonian singer-songwriter Etienne and German singer Anna under the name "Words Beyond Borders" to create a multilingual and cross-genre mix of their own multi-faceted songs. This event uses music as a universal language to show that we are all part of a common world.
