Im Hotel zur Grünen Nelke

In the organizer's words:

How do you save a hotel that has fallen into oblivion? With a promise!
A competition lures various guests back to the noble establishment Hotel Zur Grünen Nelke with an exclusive stay. The hotel staff are delighted with their marketing coup - but quickly break into a sweat when the first winners arrive. Checking in turns out to be more difficult than expected, as the photo on the ID doesn't always match the person's appearance and some guests even want to verify their identity with a song: The glittery drag queen talks about her youth in the village, the homeless person has several aces up her sleeve and a curious guest gets up close and personal with everyone with his camera for a selfie. Little by little, they get to know and appreciate each other and signal to the hotel staff that tradition is nice, but self-determination is even more important and that formalities and norms are not always decisive...
The actors and the Blaumeier band carry the evening along with lots of music and show interludes, developing the characters' personalities in a particularly close and humorous way. The hotel comes back to life and perhaps promises not only an exclusive stay, but also a queer safe space where everyone can be whoever and however they want.
