IG-Jazz Session

In the organizer's words:

The IG-Jazz session is a meeting place for the jazz and related music scene. A band plays an opening set, followed by jamming from a common repertoire. For the audience, jazz comes alive and can be experienced, for the musicians it is a place to try out their skills and meet new people. It is also an opportunity to invite bands from other cities and thus promote networking between the scenes.

NIKOLAI OLSHANSKY

A refreshing wave of jazz traditions and melodic and rhythmic experiments of the XXI century. Powerful and at the same time subtle music with an emotional basis and many nuances. The experience accumulated over a long concert period has given Nikolai the opportunity and the grounds to play music that previously sounded only in his head. Now more and more often the musician pleases his audience with a full-length concert program of his own compositions.
This evening will feature a program composed under the influence of such composers as Matias Eick, Lars Danielsson, E.S.T, Avishai Cohen, Tigran Hamasyan.
