In this course, we tackle all the important topics relating to birth together:
✨ Understanding and breaking through the anxiety-tension cycle
✨ Introduction to hypnobirthing methods for a gentle and powerful birth
✨ Your toolbox for birth - methods and techniques for more confidence and self-determination
✨ Interesting facts about the postpartum period, birth physiology and the different birth locations
✨ Dealing with fears and the role of birth support

I will provide you with meditations, workbooks and online access to the course content so that you can continue practicing and preparing between sessions.

And of course: snacks and drinks will be provided! ☕️
