Martin Theurer's "trademark" is his multi-faceted and rhythmically precise interior piano playing, which he was one of the first to develop in Germany - for a long time there was no pianist in improvised music who proceeded so consistently and independently. After forty years, Theurer is now regarded "worldwide as a leading representative" in this field ( quote: "Traumzeitfestival" ).
