What is included in the 3-hour workshop?
*Please note that the exercises have a very stimulating effect on hormones, which is why we do not recommend them in some cases: During pregnancy and three months after delivery, hormonally induced breast cancer, larger fibroids, advanced endometriosis and after surgery only with a doctor's permission.
