HERSPACE: am 8. März eröffnet Münchens neuer Safe Space für Frauen

HERSPACE opening on March 8, 2025 - Munich's new safe space for women

After months of renovation, the time has finally come: HERSPACE is opening its doors - a unique place in the middle of Munich that is specially designed to meet the needs of women. The opening of this special space, which not only offers women a safe space for exercise and personal development, but also creates a network for exchange, support and empowerment, is being celebrated just in time for International Women's Day.

A place by women - for women

HERSPACE was created with a clear vision: To offer women a place where they feel safe, welcome and empowered. "HERSPACE is a place where women can feel safe, recharge their batteries and support each other. We create a space where they can feel their own strength and grow together," says Britta Degenkolbe, founder and Managing Director of HERSPACE.

After an intensive renovation phase, the new location reflects exactly this claim: inviting rooms, a well thought-out room concept and a wide range of offers that bring body, mind and community into harmony. The offer is complemented by the HERSPACE Wellbeing Café, which is open exclusively for women - a place to linger, exchange ideas and recharge your batteries.

Opening event on 08.03.

For the opening on March 8, International Women's Day, visitors can expect a varied program with free courses and inspiring talks. From yoga, Pilates, barre and female movement to meditation and exciting talks on topics such as the gender data gap, positive ageing and cycle-based training & nutrition - the day is all about female empowerment.
