In the organizer's words:
"Hastam - Just because I AM" - three unforgettable days full of Iranian art and culture. From 29.08. to 31.08. we celebrate the diversity and creativity of a new generation of contemporary Iranian artists at Bürgerhaus Wilhelmsburg.
Curated by the renowned multi-instrumentalist and composer Atena Eshtiaghi, the festival offers a unique stage for musicians, theater, dance and film makers in the context of the women's protest movement in Iran.
You can also look forward to moving music by Sanam Maroufkhani, impressive insights into Mina Keshavarz's documentary film "The Art of Living in Danger" and the experimental sound of the Sheen Trio. In the workshop "The World in You" by choreographer Babak Radmehr, we experience dance as an expression of collective connection. At the Floèmee concert in the open air, we can try out what we have learned in the workshop!
