Well, the ceiling lights will probably be shaking again and the hall floors will be lowered when Grossstadtgeflüster rumble across the country with a new album in their suitcase.

The Berlin trio, whose rave-punk pop anthems and evergreen gourmet hits such as "Fickt-Euch-Allee" or "Feierabend", "Diadem" or "Ich muss garnix" are a permanent fixture at any sophisticated house party, are on tour in support of their new album "Das Über-Icke".

And because the nonchalant Berlin snout and frontwoman Jen Bender loves nothing more than bellowing punchlines together with her audience, the band with Raphael Schalz on keys and Chriz Falk on drums will be diligently releasing fodder in the form of tracks so that their beloved audience is sure of the lyrics when the sweat is dripping from the ceiling between smirking head nods and pogoing mosh pits.

There's no doubt that Grossstadtgeflüster are at their well-deserved peak after 20 years of band history, and after well over 100 million streams on Spotify alone, 50 million on YouTube and features with artists such as Danger Dan, Mine and Fatoni, the traffic lights are neon green for the next slide.
