The rock band Great Gable from Western Australia is used to traveling the world. Their new record Small Fry, however, is all about their home state. Lead singer Alex Whiteman, guitarist Matt Preen, bassist Christopher Bye and drummer Madi Hanley have recorded for the first time since 2018 and worked with Dave Parkin at Blackbird Studio for the first time. They have produced a record that will show the rest of the world what makes their homeland so special. Small Fry is at once balm for tender souls, but also makes great background music for a wild pub session. It's thanks to Great Gable's ability to write music for every occasion that they've become such a crowd favorite, and their range is explored like never before on this album.
2025 sees Great Gable on the road with their first headlining shows in Europe since their joint tour with Lime Cordiale!
