Experience GospelRock at the ZENTRALHEIZE Erfurt! Inspired by Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson or Kirk Franklin, gospel music with "groove" is guaranteed. Led by Andreas Kuch and backed by a great band, this is a musical treat with Thuringia's most rocking gospel choir.

GospelRock - that is rousingly impressive, powerful-voiced music from the choir and band that gets deep under the listener's skin.
The sound is sometimes rocking, sometimes soft, groovy or poppy, but guaranteed to be unmistakable and authentic. The energy mix of choir, band and soloists guarantees that every concert experience will be remembered.

Currently consisting of around 20 voices and a musically equal band, Gospelrock presents music that "gets under your skin". Concertgoers cannot expect a classic gospel concert, but rather a musical mix of modern gospel paired with soul, jazz, rock and pop elements.

Founded more than 30 years ago by passionate choirmaster and trained jazz singer Oliver Debus, the choir is coached and conducted by Andreas Kuch from Weimar, a professional beatboxer, singer and arranger.

Gospelrock brings together musicians from all over Thuringia and central Germany to present gospel and pop songs in a sophisticated, authentic and convincing way.

Concentrated rehearsal days, years of concert experience and the individual musical training of each member, not to mention modern technology, ensure the realization of high musical standards, enthusiasm and the occasional surprise.
