In terms of taste, each gin is characterized above all by the botanicals used. In order to give a regionally influenced gin the appropriate character, ingredients that come directly from the region are often used.
The countries around the Mediterranean have a particularly large selection of fruits or herbs that harmonize fantastically with juniper - from various citrus fruits to olives, Mediterranean herbs or the exotic spices of North Africa.
In a small group, we go on a voyage of discovery across the Mediterranean and explore the country's typical ingredients and special flavors.
