The colorful Easter eggs hang in the bushes and before there are beautiful presents to look for on Sunday, you can warm yourself by the fire in the Festung Mark and enjoy a nice evening. The city's coziest Easter bonfire is traditionally lit on the Saturday before Easter in the large courtyard of Festung Mark. With lots of great events for the whole family, the cultural fortress invites you to enjoy a fun evening on the historic city wall. You can enjoy delicacies from the barbecue and a warm drink by the fire.

The gates of the old fortress will open for you from 4 pm. The children's Easter bonfire starts at 6 p.m. with an exciting fire show. Look forward to fun and games for children. Easter eggs can be painted or butterflies can be made to match the festivities. There is also the opportunity to have your face painted as a fantasy creature or your favorite animal. The children's Easter bonfire is lit with good humor, magic and crackling torches. The big Easter bonfire will be lit from 8 pm.
