Excursion followed by a workshop

Together with the journalist and certified expert for edible wild plants Claudia

Maschner, we will collect the ingredients for a delicious and natural evening meal at "wild corners" in Westfalenpark Dortmund. While preparing and eating together, we'll get lots of practical tips and exciting knowledge about our local superfood.

This event is part of the exciting new "Science after Work" format: instead of the usual after-work routine, participants can treat themselves to interesting information snacks in an entertaining atmosphere, try out new things and acquire fresh knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere.

The "Science after Work" event series is a joint initiative of Dortmund Zoo, Westfalenpark Dortmund, the Animal Protection Center, Dortmund Nature Museum and Rombergpark Botanical Gardens. This cooperation enables a wide range of topics and in-depth expertise to be presented in various formats.
