"Wild in one eye?! Fit through the year with edible wild plants"
Topic: Edible wild roses - healthy and beautiful
This walk to edible wild plants focuses on (wild) roses. It is about the culinary and medicinal aspects of the love of roses. Which roses are particularly suitable for use in the kitchen? How and for what purpose are they used and preserved? How was the rose used in folk medicine? Which edible wild plants still belong to the rose family? A tour for all those for whom the love of roses goes through the stomach and the medicine chest.
