Führung durch das Eierhäuschen mit Helena Ommert

As part of the exhibition opening "Hidden Realities", during which the entire Eierhäuschen will be activated, Helena Ommert is offering a special guided tour on this day from 3:00 to 4:15 pm.

The tour begins in the Eierhäuschen and leads through the entire house and ends outside, so that participants have the opportunity to visit numerous rooms in the house that are otherwise not accessible, such as the communal kitchen of the residence groups on the second floor or the attic with the tower room inside, as well as to explore the grounds around the Eierhäuschen.

Helena Ommert (*1997, Berlin) studied painting at the Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee. As an artist, she deals with socio-ecological themes such as the concept of a social family and coexistence with non-human life and garden culture. Seeds, small and microorganisms and plants are objects of her artistic research and practice on a cultural, political and aesthetic level. In addition to her artistic work, she works as an art educator at various Berlin institutions.
