Topic: Summer wild vegetables, wild fruit and seeds

We can find important vitamins, minerals and trace elements in edible wild plants at any (!) time of year. Now, in late summer, we discover what has already ripened and grown. We can discover and taste vegetables, fruit and seeds: All real immune boosters and local superfoods! There will be lots of information, tips and the most important gathering rules so that you can start growing your own food straight away.

Claudia Maschner is offering five guided tours on different seasonal themes throughout 2025.
