Grungy guitar riffs and dynamic loud-quiet changes: the newcomer quartet Freude brings the self-proclaimed New Viennese School to the stage. With their mix of indie rock, alternative and pop, they are already inspiring listeners on Spotify with over a million streams.
Freude set morbid end-time thoughts and topical political poetry to music with brittle walls of guitars and danceable songs. Their debut album "Salz", which was released in September '23, includes fifteen emotional tracks such as "Vor die Hunde" (fear) and "Hoffnung" (optimism), which capture the diversity of human existence.
Since 2020, the band has been actively involved in social justice, organizing benefit concerts and advocating for social and political issues. "The world is beautiful, but it can be just as vile. We want to deal with all facets," explain Freude.
The band is finally going on the MOSAIK TOUR PT. 2 and will also be playing renowned clubs in northern Germany. Fans can look forward to passionate live performances and an unforgettable musical journey.
