His passionate playing and his equally exciting and deeply moving compositional style demonstrate Florian Christl's all-encompassing love of music. The mix of sometimes soothing, sometimes powerful piano playing in combination with extraordinarily imaginative and moving string arrangements makes the music of the Munich-based composer and pianist unique in a very special way. His music radically appeals to our innermost emotions, making his concerts an extremely stirring and moving experience.

Improvisation is his most important creative method. For Florian Christl, composing is a deeply personal, almost intimate process in which he remains alone with his music and his thoughts. The aim is to create a space that can be experienced individually; a place where for a short time it is all about "escaping reality in order to feel alive, lost in thought".
