Next level of Streetlifting!

We invite you to watch the German edition of the FinalRep World Championship Qualifier. This competition offers all German and European athletes the opportunity to demonstrate their strength and compete in the disciplines Muscle Up, Pull/Chin Up, Dip and Squat.

Streetlifting is a fitness discipline that combines elements of calisthenics and powerlifting and is based on the principle of "one rep max". The most important exercises in this sport are the muscle-up, pull-up, dip and squat. In a competition, each athlete has 3 attempts per exercise to move as much weight as possible. The highest valid attempt is added up to a total score. The athlete with the highest total score wins their weight class. According to the current FinalRep rules, there are 6 men's and 5 women's weight classes.
