Special screening in cooperation with the Museum for Communication on the occasion of the current exhibition Apropos Sex! followed by a discussion on the topic of intimacy

A filmmaker and her protagonists embark on a personal research project on the subject of intimacy. Touch Me Not takes us on a journey of discovery through the emotional worlds of Laura, Tómas and Christian, blurring the boundaries between fiction and reality and offering deeply empathetic insights into their lives. Because they long for intimacy, but at the same time are very afraid of it, they work on overcoming habitual patterns of behavior and taboos, breaking away from them and finally being free.

About the exhibition Speaking of Sex

Sexuality is identity, fun and difficult to describe in words. Culture, education and images from film and television shape our perception of it. From autumn 2024, the Museum für Kommunikation Frankfurt will be showing how conversations and perceptions about sexuality have changed over the last 100 years, opening up a space for reflection, curiosity and dialog about the most beautiful minor matter in the world. An exhibition with financial support from the Federal Center for Health Education
