The IGLU and the Zero Waste Cologne Association invite you to a mini film series. For each film, we have invited a person who works on the topic and will therefore reveal further exciting aspects after the screening. We are looking forward to a shared movie experience and exciting discussions!

Wed 02.04. Welcome to Sodom (with Marian Quayson-Odonkor)

Welcome to Sodom takes a look behind the scenes of Europe's biggest garbage dump in the middle of Africa and portrays the losers of the digital revolution. The focus is not on the mechanisms of the illegal electronic waste trade, but on the living conditions and fates of people at the bottom of the global value chain.

Admission for all films is at 18:00, film starts at 18:30. Afterwards we invite you to a talk and discussion with the speakers. We are looking forward to it! (Looking forward to it)

As always, snacks and drinks will be available from The Good Food in our small supermarket. The film series is sponsored by the City of Cologne.
