Feel your Feelings - Mindful Meditation & Writing
In a world that often overwhelms us - full of uncertainties, conflicts and challenges - we forget to pause and really feel.
What do I actually feel - and why?
How do I deal with feelings such as anger, sadness or fear without letting them control me?
In this workshop, we will immerse ourselves in silence together. We will use meditation to create space for conscious awareness - for the thoughts and feelings that are often ignored in everyday life.
Through targeted writing exercises, you will enter into a dialog with your inner self and find out what really wants to be given space.
Sharing and listening strengthens our connection - a healing power that promotes our well-being and shows us that we are not alone.
