Familienshow mit Julian Janssen, bekannt als Checker Julian

In the organizer's words:

Experience the Futurium's first family show for the "Treasures of the Future" theme year! Thinking of relaxing and watching from your sofa? Not us! Because the show needs you and our favorite everyday companion: the cell phone.

You accompany our presenter Julian, known from the KiKA program "Checker Julian", to a repair café. He just wants to drop something off for repair, but his visit turns out differently than expected. The appliance is missing an important component: gold!

The search for the valuable raw material takes you around the globe, following the path of the gold back to a mine in Central Africa. Julian uses virtual reality goggles to explore the natural treasure trove. Is the material for his repair in Berlin available here?

Back at the Repair Café, you ask yourselves important questions about the future: How well can cell phones be repaired? What can a sustainable and fair economic cycle look like? How can technology help us achieve this? And what materials will be important in the future? Check it out!

Say hello to Julian! After the event, you can meet Julian in the foyer and have the opportunity to ask questions and take a selfie.
