Dear friends,

The capitalist logic of exploitation stops at nothing - not even love. On the weekend of the upcoming expedition, it's that time again: Valentine's Day. All the flowers smell of business, are avoided by the few remaining bees, and we are made to believe that it is necessary to spend money to prove how serious the affection is. Here at the South Pole, we are convinced that true feelings can neither be measured in money nor can they be bought.
