Artists in exile is an important topic in European history and unfortunately not just a historical one: even today, artists who are threatened and persecuted are forced to flee their homeland. Many of them come to Germany - from Ukraine, Syria, Iran, Iraq or China. How do they work here, how do flight and exile change their work? The "Art & Bread" panel will discuss works by Farkhondeh Shahroudi, Khaled Barakeh, Ai Weiwei and others.
