An electro-acoustic concert specially conceived for the Center for Art. The stage technology available at the Center for Art as well as the spacious rooms with their special acoustics offer unique opportunities to perform both sonically and visually. Ensemble New Babylon commissioned 3 compositions from the composers Maria Pelekanou (*1983), Kilian Schwoon (*1972) and Christoph Ogiermann (*1967), who are intensively involved with the connection between electroacoustics, AI and analog instruments. For this purpose, the three composers explored a wide range of possibilities in depth over several months and developed the compositions together in a mutual artistic exchange.

Kilian Schwoon works with a sextet of the ensemble New Babylon in interaction with artificial intelligence and two stereo loudspeakers. Christoph Ogiermann works with 8 musicians from the ensemble and 8 loudspeakers as well as video projection and refers to a work by Georg Friedrich Händel. In Maria Pelekanou's work, up to 6 musicians from the ensemble, mainly bass instruments, will perform with her.
