ENEMY INSIDE (Alternative-Darkrock / Aschaffenburg) mit LETTERS SENT HOME (Alternative-Rock / Wolfsburg)

Enemy Inside are five young musicians from the Aschaffenburg region who got off to a great start in 2018 with the release of their first CD "Phoenix". Founded just a year earlier, Enemy Inside quickly found a special sound somewhere between dark rock and modern metal by experimenting as widely as possible.

With their second longplayer "Seven", Enemy Inside have now taken another step forward. Although the band sticks to its roots with the combination of hard guitar riffs and catchy hooklines, it strikes with an even more contemporary sound and surprises with new musical elements. In terms of content, "Seven" is influenced by the seven deadly sins. It is less about Christian traditions and more about questioning today's society and interpreting it in its current form. Topical material, as we are confronted with lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, anger, envy and pride almost every day nowadays. The mysterious mixture of powerful female vocals, symphonic arrangements and catchy choruses is reminiscent of internationally successful acts such as Evanescence, Lacuna Coil, Amaranthe and Within Temptation.
