ELIMAKO - "IN EINEM JAHR TOUR" 2025

ELIMAKO used to close the windows and doors when making music, she sang and played very quietly. That has changed - but her songs retain a restrained, almost shy beauty.

After cover versions on TikTok, the Bamberg-born musician released her first German single, "atlantik", in 2024. The melancholy, minimalist song is about trying to find what has been lost - and the certainty that it is no longer there.

"The song is about two people who have moved on until one side realizes that they no longer fit together," explains ELIMAKO. Spherical keys and driving drums reflect the inner turmoil - between closeness and distance, movement and resignation, the realization that loss is sometimes the right path.

ELIMAKO combines fragile nuances with idiosyncratic DIY productions to create intimate, touching snapshots.

The mix of elegiac indie, German pop and hip-hop, topped off by an extraordinary voice, with which the musician also enters into highly interesting experiments with alienation and demonstrates absolute a cappella power, has quickly brought the twenty-something to the attention of tastemakers and the German music scene. Blumengarten, Levin Liam, ENNIO, JEREMIAS and OK KID brought her on stage for support shows and introduced her to a wider audience.

After playlist placements from "Wilde Herzen" to "me right now" as well as coverage from Amazon Music, DIFFUS and MTV Push, the newcomer releasedher "8 stufen ep" in September 2024 with the focus track "pokémon", on which ELIMAKO worked together withproducer Sophia Butzinger.

The five songs on the debut EP were created as a personal processing process - they are about desire, about being in love, about relationships drifting apart, about needs that no longer fit together - and about the question of whether time really heals all wounds: "A painful realization that a relationship no longer fits - even if you fight it," says ELIMAKO about "pokémon".

Prior to the release, she played three pre-release shows in Munich, Cologne and Berlin and performed at the Reeperbahn Festival 2025 in Hamburg. In October 2025, she will embark on her first headlining tour, the "in one year" tour, which will take her to nine stops in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
