BACKGROUND:
During the Corona pandemic, the "Electric Yard" was created to enable cultural experiences despite restrictions. With a creative approach, we have transformed urban spaces such as the CHS Container Depot, the open space in front of Pier2, the old Neustadt train station or the inner courtyard of the Tower into temporary cultural venues. In some cases, club events were not possible due to legal requirements. But the crisis has left its mark: many clubs are struggling to survive as a result of price increases, changing guest behavior and competition from digital alternatives. Let's show together that clubs are not just places to party, but also cultural and social anchor points in the city. Further information on our panel talk will follow in the next few days.
