Beginner running training - Start 07.04.2025
The beginner running training is aimed at all those who are starting to run or want to start again.
It always starts 8 weeks before the Regensburg Marathon and comprises 16 training sessions.
The aim for adults is to complete the "breakfast run" together on the Saturday of the marathon (approx. 6 km, 50 min.), and for children to take part in the mini marathon.
Afterwards, training can continue in the fixed running groups of the LLC.
Training always takes place on Mondays and Thursdays at 6 pm.
The beginner training offers all participants a high-quality program with comprehensive advice and lots of fun for 8 weeks.
There are groups for running, Nordic walking and walking.
The offer is also available for children and young people.
