"Leaving everyday thought patterns behind, releasing imagination that one had already believed had been hopelessly lost at some point with the end of childhood." (Volker Quand)
Together, I would like to immerse you in the basics of improvisational theater. While playing, we will make offers, accept, listen and learn to switch off our own critical and thinking apparatus. By applying various play techniques, we will be able to react spontaneously, accept what the other person has to offer and creatively translate it into play and language without thinking or judging.
This freedom and positive mood that arises through storytelling can also be wonderfully transported and used in everyday life. No previous experience is necessary.
Please bring comfortable clothing and something to drink.
