Cacao is a powerful and ancient remedy for body, mind and soul. The medicine opens our hearts and helps us to treat ourselves and others with love, understanding and compassion.

Ecstatic dance, as this dance form is translated, describes moving without following specific steps. It is all about surrendering to the rhythm, the music and yourself and feeling the emotions. Moving intuitively, there is no right or wrong! You let your body move and carry you, creating a connection to your true self. Body, mind and soul come into contact. The connection to your heart and your inner self is strengthened. From the inside out, you allow yourself to express yourself, try yourself out, feel yourself and create from the moment. Are there any rules?

• No cell phones/cameras
• Do not talk to each other verbally while dancing.
• No drugs
• We dance without shoes

What do you need for this?
Bring your favorite cup for the cocoa and a water bottle.
Wear something comfortable that you can move around in. Be there around 18:30 to arrive in peace.
