The last Ecstatic Dance for this year is coming up. On 08/12 we will come together once again and celebrate ourselves, the year and everything that is there. Liam will take us on a journey. He's coming to us for the third time and makes the room shake with his music every time.

Whether you already know Ecstatic Dance or not, let's go on this journey together and get to know ourselves anew through movement. Let's be wild together, be too much, be too loud and embark on a journey into the ecstatic joy of our hearts! This will be a non-judgmental, open space to learn to express ourselves freely through dance.

Guidelines to make everyone feel comfortable
∆ no cell phones
∆ Drug free (i.e. no alcohol, psychedelics or other substances)
∆ Barefoot
∆ No verbal communication on the dance floor
∆ Respectful cooperation and sensitive interaction with each other

Tips and tricks
∆ Bring a blanket and a water bottle with you
∆ Come in comfortable clothes in which you feel safe and comfortable
∆ Don't eat anything heavy beforehand, it's better to dance then

How to get there

You will find us in the Bushido fitness studio near Neumarkt at Mittelstraße 12. The entrance to the building is right on the street next to the SOR store. Walk or drive up to the third floor and we'll be waiting for you!

What is Ecstatic Dance?

- Embodiment
Ecstatic Dance is such a great combination of movement, fun meditation, depth and broadening your horizons. It's a really good tool for developing into new dimensions with joy in your heart. We give control to the body.

-Free Journey
This is a kind of ceremonial dance journey in your own rhythm. Free dancing. Perhaps this requires courage at first. But letting go in this process and dancing freely is part of the journey of Ecstatic Dance.

- A well-founded concept
Ecstatic dance exists all over the world and usually follows the same guidelines. It is about drug-free, cell phone-free dancing without shoes and without talking, so that you can concentrate fully on your own inner world. The DJ will guide all the dancers and it's good to get involved with the sounds that come, regardless of your personal taste in music. The music is usually cross-genre and leads the dancers through quieter and more dynamic phases. It is all about feeling into the body.

The VVK ends on 08.12. at 10:00. If the tickets are sold out, there will be no more tickets available at the box office.

Here is some interesting information about the ticket options:

40 x 20€ 'Normal Ticket'
10 x 25€ 'Supporter Ticket'
10 x 15€ 'Supported Ticket'

It is important to us to make the financial hurdle lower and therefore we try to make the ticket categories more solidary. If you have the feeling that you can pay just 5€ more, then you are doing another person a big favor and financing their Supporter Ticket. A big thank you to you all! Please be careful with the 'Supported Tickets'. All categories are only available as long as they are not sold out!
