Édouard is slowly losing his memory. As a retired historian, he was used to speaking on any stage. Now he feels compelled to hold back his words, even though he senses that he still has a lot to say. By chance, he ends up in the care of Bérénice, a young girl who is a little rebellious and lost. Their encounter leads Edouard to reopen a chapter of his personal history that he wanted to forget.
