Have you already completed a turntable course with us or in another workshop, but are unsure whether your skills are sufficient to work on the turntable on your own? Or would you just like to work on your technique in company? Then join our filming group! In a relaxed atmosphere, we will work together to improve the basic techniques you need for turning on the wheel. An experienced contact person is always on site, pottering along with the group and supporting you with valuable tips and assistance. Important: The throwing group is not a classic pottery course. It is more about gaining confidence in the basic techniques - from kneading clay to turning your work. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and practise with the other participants. Take the next step and deepen your skills on the wheel - we look forward to seeing you! NOTE: Please plan the last 20 minutes of the course time for cleaning up together. Material and firing costs are NOT included. As a participant, you can decide for yourself whether you want to have all or only selected works fired. The focus of the group is on practicing the techniques - not on producing as many pieces as possible. The additional firing costs are around €4-8 per piece, depending on the weight and size of the pieces (see firing service details). GLAZING: You can glaze your finished work either in our glazing course (every 2nd Thursday, cost: €30) or as part of a time card or membership.
