DOTA - Springbrunnen Tour 2025

In the organizer's words:

A new chapter that seamlessly follows on from their previous albums and yet sounds new - more minimalist, bouncier, richer in contrast. The lyrics go deeper, are more searching, clearer. Perhaps an echo of her preoccupation with Mascha Kaléko's poetry, which she recently set to music on two albums.

DOTA - that is more than Dota Kehr alone. Together with her band (Jan Rohrbach, Janis Görlich, Patrick Reising, Alexander Binder), she creates songs that move.

The first single Einfach zu abgelenkt sums up the DOTA feeling: shimmering guitars, a driving groove, a stop-and-go society. Kettenkarussell shows her typical mix of lightness and depth: "Time to move on to something else ..."

Dota asks questions - about the now, about life. Her answers? They can be found in her music: honest, ironic, full of heart.
