Stand-up comedy is like a cold beer after a hot summer's day. From small clubs to mega-arenas, it delights everyone. Don Clarke is one of the best-known representatives of this gag genre, and not just at the Schmidt Theater. He takes us on a crazy journey back through the wild history of humor.

Centuries ago, in a sleepy English village, it all began in a small, crazy pub. People drank, ate and told each other the wildest stories. Whoever told the loudest and craziest story got up and entertained the whole pub. This resulted in the craziest competitions that got the whole pub going. Don Clarke transforms the Schmidtchen into exactly this legendary, totally crazy pub. He invites good-humored, hard-drinking guests who don't hide behind glasses of beer. And so it's obvious - the auditorium in the Schmidtchen becomes the stage. In the middle is a bar, a tap and Don. What could possibly go wrong?
