How does cultural policy work? Who decides and how can I get involved? Participate, inform and network - two unusual workshop formats offer the opportunity in May.

Massive cuts in cultural budgets are putting pressure on the independent scene in particular. Many people, especially young cultural professionals, find it difficult to understand cultural policy decisions and to get actively involved. This is often due to a lack of knowledge about the underlying processes and networks.

Two special events aim to close this knowledge gap and get a productive cultural dialog going - in an unusual location: the specially constructed salad bar in the middle of the large hall.

Creative people meet experts in cultural policy, administration and the city's decision-makers. The first informal contacts can be made while chopping and slicing before the talks, discussions and debates get down to business. The cultural salad is ready.
