Leaf to Root: An evening with vegetable and field fruit specialist Marko Seibold
On March 13, 2025 at 6 p.m., the SALON at CASINO FUTUR will be all about the wonderfully aromatic herbs, fruits and vegetables of early spring.
Head chef Marius Ries from the CANOVA restaurant will be preparing a variety of small vegetarian courses (8-12) for you to enjoy together. We look forward to talking to Marko Seibold about taste, old vegetable varieties, agriculture, Bremen's terroir, urban neighborhoods and discovering new (old) flavors.
