Die Zauberwürfel - Neue Deutsche Welle

In the organizer's words:

"Die Zauberwürfel" pay tribute to an exciting chapter in pop music with a lot of fun. If you like Ideal, Extrabreit, Spliff, Ukw, Fräulein Menke and their contemporaries, you've come to the right place, because the program consists exclusively of "Neue-Deutsche-Welle" songs from the 80s.

However, "Die Zauberwürfel" are by no means just a fun band that only delivers the Ballermann-compatible hits. Playing the very diverse music of the time is a real concern for them, also and especially because this band consists mainly of professional musicians who otherwise earn their living in various groups from reggae to metal and as instrumental teachers and producers.

Nevertheless, they take their role with a good dose of humor when they invite the audience to join them on a journey through time. Come along and join the party!

It's not just the school that's on fire and the 99 balloons going up, it's deja vu and three-note dimensions. Anna is whisked away into the starry sky by her golden rider and Major Tom flees over high mountains to Prince Charming after a bank robbery, who greets the King of Germany with 'Hello Klaus'... Somehow, somewhere, sometime, the polar bear is then released from his monotony on the lighthouse and invited to a rendezvous with Katharine and a pizza carbonara. Fortunately, Fred from Jupiter was only dreaming that he was in distress in a pedalo... and the whole thing goes on until the police arrive or only the little flashlight is left burning!
