In the organizer's words:

A civil servant and his wife wake up early in the morning in their bedroom and are confronted by a motionless person sitting in an armchair! Without being asked, a barrel of hydrochloric acid is delivered one after the other, followed by a brand new suit. A promotion is promised. The television comes for an interview. Credit and insurance companies offer their services. While the police are looking for the old mayor, the opposition pledges its full support to our baffled civil servant.

Is he a murderer? Who knows? What happened during a drunken night? One thing is certain: The body must go!
New guests keep arriving at the door with new songs. Good advice, whispered words. Lots of hits: Listen to "The lure of money" with "Fear in your neck"! Storm the "peak of tastelessness" and experience the "moment of truth" - full of greed to enjoy the climb up the career ladder as much as possible! The production is directed by actor, director and former artistic director of the neues theater Matthias Brenner, who will also be on stage in the leading role.

The "Corpse Opera" will be sung live to recordings made for you by the Staatskapelle Halle under the direction of Yonatan Cohen and the Halle Opera Chorus under the direction of Frank Flade.
