Die Anteile

Die Anteile are a Berlin-based duo that can be musically categorized between robot rock and electro dance punk. The vocoder has a firm place in their hearts and suitcases, either distorting the Dada and cut-up-inspired lyrics or releasing them into the room as spoken vocals. The parts, equipped with guitar and bass, work closely together with the small instruments that live between cables and power strips in their tweed suitcase. The duo draws inspiration from the fidgetiness of Talking Heads, DAF, Peaches and Ryuichi Sakamoto. They don't usually like tradition, but they would see themselves in the Krautrock genre. They like to froth up their songs into a neo-psychedelic mixture and remain electro pop curious.
